5. Any aircraft engaging in a figiht under Article 96 paragraph 3 subpangraph 5 of the Law shall communicate with the unit conducting area control service.

 

6. Any aircraft engaging in a flight under Articlc 96 paragraph 3 subparagraph 6 of the Law or any airclaft engaging in navigation under subparagraphs I to 3 of Alticle 96 palragraph 3 of the Law which are not under instrument flight rules in a positive control airspace within a control zone, shall communiecate with the unit conducting the control service for said positive control airspace.

 

7. Any aircraft shall, when instructed by the unit from which it is receiving instructions at that time to establish communications with a unit conducting control service different from the control service unit with which communication should be established under the provisions of the preceding six paragraphs, notwithstanding the abovementioned provisions, communicate with said unit conducting control se!vice as instructed.

 

Article 201. Any aircraft shall, in the case of navigation which is in noncompliance with the instructions under Article 96 paragraph 1 of the Law due to a change in weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances, immediately notify the unit conducting control service which issued the instructions to that effect.

 

Article 202. The code designation, signals, and other means of communication between aircraft and units conducting control service shall be designated by Notification.

 

 

(Construction of Aerodrorme)
Article 202-(2). The constructicn of an aerodrome as may be stipulated in Ordinances of the MinistTy ofTlansport under Article 96 paragraph 2 of the Law shall mean construction works with regards to the construction. repai rs or maintenance of landing areas, taxiways, aprons and other facilities in aerodrome .

 

(Flight Plan etc.)
Article 203. The flight plan under the provisions of Article 97 (Flight plan and Approval thereof) paragraphs I and 2 of the Law shall specify the following items (except the items described under subparagraph 1 O for a flight under visual flight rules): _

 

(1) Nationality mark registration mark and radio call sign of the aircraft;
(2) Type(s) and the number of aircraft;
(3) Name of the pilot-in-command (formation leader, in the case of a formation flight);
